We require photo proof within 24 hours of the delivery date in order to file a claim with USPS. It's important that you keep the original packaging to assist with this process.

It's important to cleanse & charge your crystals to eliminate stored energy and revitalize them to their natural state. Here are a few of our favorite methods:

Smudging:
Simply swirl the smoke of a smudge stick such as Sage or Palo Santo to remove negative/stagnant energy

Soak under moonlight:
Place your crystals outside or on the windowsill during a full moon to recharge

Selenite:
Absorb negative energy by placing your crystals on a selenite plate, bowl or slab. Leave them to charge overnight. You can also use selenite towers and sticks by placing your crystals in a circle around them
